Setting up the Quntis monitor light is incredibly easy. All you need to do is insert the batteries into the remote, press the top button, and turn the ring clockwise or counterclockwise to connect it. The remote allows you to adjust the K-value of the light, turn it on/off, set the auto-timer, and enable the ambient sensor. Personally, I prefer to have the light pointed straight down to spill more illumination over my desk, but even in this position, it adds a bit of light to the monitor as well.
At certain times of the day when the sun is shining brightest through my office windows, the light bar isn’t necessary. However, for the rest of the day, I’ve come to depend on this little light.
